Swedish Meatballs

IKEA was the place we always went to in Germany to get Swedish meatballs. It’s about the only time I ever have meatballs because generally I don’t like them, especially the frozen kind from the store. My husband LOVES Swedish meatballs and when he craves them we make a trip to IKEA.

Swedish Kladdkaka

Kladdkaka – Is the Swedish name for this delicious chocolate mud cake. Kladdig means sticky/gooey, like wet mud, so I’m assuming this cake should look like a heap of dirt from your back yard but I guarantee you it doesn’t taste like it! This delicious, rich and creamy chocolate cake is so easy to make and goes great with whipped cream or ice cream.
