There are so many ways of making bruschetta and I love them all.  Whenever I find a new type of bruschetta I put it to the test like I did with this recipe that I found on www.sixsistersstuff.com .  It’s so easy to make and very delicious, it’s hard to stop going back for more.  A delicious appetizer and a great way to please a crowd.

Pi (π) is a very old and well known mathematical constant that is the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter. The value of pi is equal to 3.14159265, more commonly known as 3.14 – representing a never ending perimeter.  The lower case Greek letter π is used to denote the constant because it is the first letter of the Greek word περίμετρος, meaning perimeter.

Apples have grown well in Ireland for thousands of years. An apple tree was so important hundreds of years ago that it was supposedly protected by the Celtic virgin goddess, Brigit! If you had an apple tree on your land you were considered quite wealthy, if someone damaged the tree, then the fine was several head of cattle.
